Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking an Associate to execute in-store demonstrations, serve and demonstrate products, intercept consumers, and sell them professionally while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.

The role includes managing and maintaining event equipment, coordinating with store management when supervisors are absent, building rapport with store personnel, and ensuring food safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Computer Skills: Proficient with personal computer and mobile device; navigate internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Food Safety Professional Certification; Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies to ensure cleanliness and security.
• When Supervisor is absent, communicate with store management about upcoming events and past event execution.
• Serve as point person for all events in the store and assist other Event Specialists with kits and materials.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the team during events.
• Acquire product knowledge for the items represented and convey benefits to consumers.
