Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations and to learn product details for effective consumer engagement. You will prepare demonstrations, explain product benefits, and maintain a professional appearance in a retail setting.

The position is part-time (up to 25 hours/week) and requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work with various appliances and cleaning supplies. Training and business guidelines apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience/training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Possesses the aptitude to gain knowledge of the products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Explain features and benefits of products effectively.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation with cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution; achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and complete audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements on the same day as Event execution.
