Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in the United States is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn products, and engage customers with professional demonstrations.

The role involves preparing and serving samples, maintaining a clean work area, and coordinating with store staff to meet client objectives. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with basic computer skills and possible local food handler permits required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of the products represented.
• Interact with consumers to engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station using cleaning chemicals.
• Builds and maintains rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives.
