Job summary

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, is seeking a part-time in-store associate to conduct food and non-food demonstrations. You will manage event equipment, engage customers, and ensure safety and cleanliness in a retail setting.

You will work up to 25 hours per week, support supervisors, and help convey product benefits while maintaining a professional appearance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 months’ related experience or equivalent.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device.
• Food Safety Professional Certification and local permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies in backroom areas.
• Communicate with store management when Supervisor is absent about events.
• Serve, demonstrate, and engage consumers to meet program objectives.
• Lead the event team in the Supervisor's absence and assist others as needed.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers clearly.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines and using standard appliances.
• Maintain a clean, sterile workstation and professional appearance.
