You will recruit, coach, and manage daily operations, align with store leadership, and drive measurable business results while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and supervising staff.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff.
• Proficient with MS Office and store technology systems.
• Valid driver's license; able to lift up to 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, and develop Product Demonstrators.
• Lead day-to-day event execution and ensure quality and compliance standards.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, scheduling, and metrics.
• Conduct coaching, audits, and performance reviews.
• Serve as primary contact for store leadership.
• Manage reporting, payroll accuracy, expenses, and compliance.
• Maintain equipment, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
• Build partnerships with store leadership and internal teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
