Job summary

Trane Technologies in the United States seeks a Customer Sales Associate to support our Trane Supply stores. You will assist customers with parts and equipment, resolve issues, and deliver solutions to support fast, accurate transactions.

You will maintain knowledge of Trane products and promotions, aim to meet sales goals, and manage quotes and orders while providing premier customer service in person or by phone. This on-site role requires flexibility for overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED.
• Inside sales, retail, or related experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and resolve problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products.
• Process orders and respond to inquiries about Parts and Supply offerings.
• Stay current on Trane products, offerings, and promotions to deliver premier service and drive sales.
• Interact with customers by phone and in person.
• Manage quotes and orders with high accuracy to expedite fulfillment.
• Assist with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
