Job summary

Speedy Cash in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Customer Service Representative to help local customers access short-term financial solutions. You will process transactions, assist with payments, and provide a positive in-store experience.

You will receive hands-on training and development in a fast-paced, supportive environment, with opportunities to advance across CCFFamily brands while working a full-time, in-person schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted as applicable by law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, including standing for long periods and occasional lifting.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer accounts and collections by accepting payments.
• Perform duties outside of the office, including on-site visits and events.
