Job summary

LoanStar Title Loans is seeking a Customer Service Rep to assist potential borrowers and current customers with loan products, vehicle evaluations, and payments in our Corpus Christi store. The role requires clear communication and a helpful demeanor.

You will handle account questions, reminders, and data entry, while adhering to company policies. Full-time, in-store hours Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM with rotating Saturdays, no Sunday work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
• Computer and data entry experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone
• Explain loan products, terms, and payment options clearly and professionally
• Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications
• Manage customer accounts and payment processing
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Make courtesy reminder calls as needed
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws
