Job summary

LoanMax Title Loans in Santa Fe, NM is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our in-store team. You will assist potential borrowers and existing customers with questions about loan products, evaluate vehicles, manage loans and payments, and keep customers informed about their account activity.

This is a full-time, in-store position with hours from Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Sundays are not worked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Experience with data entry or computer systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and phone-based customer service.
• Explain loan products, terms, and payment options clearly.
• Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications.
• Manage customer accounts and payments.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Support courtesy calls and customer communications.
