LoanMax Title Loans in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist potential borrowers and current customers with loan products, evaluating vehicles, and managing accounts. You will ensure regular communication and compliance with policies, delivering honest, respectful service.

The role is full-time in-store with hours Mon-Fri 10:00 AM–6:00 PM and rotating Saturdays, offering competitive pay, holidays, vacation, training, and benefits eligibility after day 91.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications.
• Manage customer accounts and payment processing.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Make courtesy reminder calls as needed.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
