Job summary

TitleMax in Show Low, AZ is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access the financial solutions they need, in-store. You will handle transactions, build relationships, and deliver a high-quality experience in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing development in a growth-focused company, with a full-time in-person schedule that includes weekends and opportunities for advancement across our brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Proficient data entry and attention to detail.
• Experience using POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in Alabama) and have a valid driver's license.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Assist in customer account management and collections.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and security procedures.
• Work full-time in-person with weekend availability.
• Participate in on-site vehicle appraisals and community events.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
