Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Oneonta, AL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with check cashing, money transfers, and payments. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, coaching, and development in a retail environment designed for growth.

You will engage with diverse customers, process transactions, and provide exceptional in-store experiences while working a full-time schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands (standing, lifting up to 25 pounds).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (location dependent).

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle.
• Enter and maintain customer information into a POS system with precision.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.
• Perform duties outside the office, including on-site vehicle appraisals and events.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Uphold security and cash-handling procedures.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product changes.
• Work full-time with regular in-person attendance, including weekends.
