Job summary

Intuit is hiring an in-person Customer Advisor to deliver a world-class experience in retail TurboTax locations. You will greet guests, understand their needs, and guide them to the right service or expert within the TurboTax network.

This is a year-round role with potential seasonal contracts during peak periods. You will represent the Intuit TurboTax brand on the ground, collecting feedback to improve both employee and customer experiences, and you will be part of a high-touch hospitality team

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or other high-touch customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and empathy.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers entering the store and set a welcoming tone.
• Listen attentively to understand each customer's situation and needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or TurboTax expert based on their options.
• Accompany customers from arrival to hand-off with a personal, clear experience.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and removing obstacles in the process.
• Follow up to ensure questions are resolved and support was effective.
