Job summary

Intuit seeks an in-person Customer Advisor to provide a warm, high-touch experience for customers on the retail floor, guiding them to the right TurboTax services or expert. You will greet guests, listen to their needs, and deliver thoughtful, personalized assistance in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on hospitality and customer care rather than tax preparation, with opportunities for year-round or seasonal contracts.

Qualifications

3+ years in hospitality, customer service, guest relations, or another high-touch role
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving needs
High school diploma or GED
Experience in hospitality, retail service, or guest-relations environment preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver a world-class customer experience, greeting customers and setting a welcoming tone
Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and guide customers to the right service or expert
Accompany customers through their experience from arrival to hand-off with clear, personal touchpoints
Reduce friction by answering questions and resolving concerns, ensuring effortless steps
Follow up with customers to confirm support received and outstanding questions are resolved
Represent the Intuit TurboTax brand on the retail floor and provide feedback to improve experiences
