Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality, customer service, guest relations, or high-touch customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve needs with empathy.
• Experience in a hospitality, retail service, or guest-relations environment preferred.

• Greet customers warmly and set a welcoming, professional tone from the first moment
