You will handle transactions, greet customers, verify prices, and assist with stock and store operations. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is essential. The position is on-site with opportunities for internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) for interacting with customers, vendors and associates.
• Customer service oriented and team oriented.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive store impression.
• Verify merchandise quantities, descriptions, and prices for transactions.
• Handle returns/exchanges and merchandise sales.
• Answer calls promptly and courteously.
• Count tenders, prepare deposits, and organize the drawer.
• Direct customers to items and assist team as needed.
• Maintain cash controls to protect company assets.
• Keep the store clean and organized.
