Community Choice Financial (CCF Family of Brands) seeks a Customer Service Representative in Jackson, MS to help customers access financial solutions and process transactions with accuracy. Youll build relationships, participate in in-store and community events, and grow through training and leadership programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Able to meet physical demands including standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system.
• Assist in on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Follow security procedures including vault and cash drawer management.
• Work a full-time schedule with weekends (40 hours minimum).
