Job summary

Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Team Member to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will be trained as a personal chef and friendly butcher, gaining deep knowledge of our protein products to recommend dishes and improve shopping experiences.

You’ll also help manage inventory to keep products fresh and available, and pick and pack online orders for timely delivery. This role pays $20 per hour with a monthly bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
• Work with integrity as a TEAM toward a shared vision.
• Be determined and deliver superior results with a sense of urgency, time management, and prioritization.
• Tolerate fast-paced environment and meet seasonal peaks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a memorable guest experience and act as a Brand Ambassador for Wild Fork.
• Provide product knowledge and recipes to help customers cook our proteins.
• Assist customers at checkout and ensure friendly service.
• Stock and rotate products, manage inventory, and process e-commerce orders.
