The CSR builds relationships, drives loyalty, and ensures seamless account support while collaborating with the store team to foster a high-performing retail environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with financing, processing payments, maintaining records, and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience considered.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Sales-minded with the ability to help customers through the purchasing journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional customer experience across all interactions.

• Support daily store operations including administrative tasks and POS system use.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
