Optimum is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultants in North Carolina to join one of the company’s largest sales channels. You will connect with customers, understand their needs, and recommend connectivity solutions while aiming to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional service.

As a member of our Retail team, you will act as a brand ambassador, build lasting relationships, and contribute to a culture of excellence with opportunities for growth and lucrative compensation plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• A minimum of one year of retail selling experience.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivator with a knack for working independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills, that help support the best customer solutions.
• For some locations, travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required.

Responsibilities

• Connection builder: engage with customers, listen to their needs, and provide personalized guidance to help them find the right products and services.
• Store Expert: stay up to date with product trends in telecommunications and educate customers on options to meet their needs.
• Problem Solver: assist customers with billing and service questions, process payments, and troubleshoot issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Brand Ambassador: embody the Optimum brand, demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions.
• Team Builder: work with colleagues to ensure an exceptional customer experience and provide backup support when needed.
