Job summary

Optimum is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultants to join one of the company’s largest sales channels. You will connect with customers, understand needs, and recommend the best connectivity solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will act as a brand ambassador, stay knowledgeable on products, and work with a team to achieve sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
A minimum of one year of retail selling experience.
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivator with the ability to work independently.
Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
Travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required and discussed at interview.
Standing for prolonged periods; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Full-time and weekend work as necessary.
