You are a brand ambassador who stays current on offerings, collaborates with teammates, and delivers outstanding service while working full-time and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of retail selling experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Good computer and technical skills to support solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 35 miles for some locations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with customers and guide them to the right products and services.
• Maintain product knowledge and educate customers on options available.
• Assist with billing, service questions, payments, exchanges, and equipment issues.
• Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
