Optimum Communications Inc. is seeking enthusiastic, self-driven individuals for the Retail Sales Consultant role. You will engage customers, guide them to the best connectivity solutions, and contribute to a high-energy in-store experience.

You will act as a brand ambassador, exceed sales targets, and participate in a lucrative compensation plan while growing your skills in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail selling experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
• Travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required; interview will discuss logistics.
• Standing for long periods and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work full-time and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist with billing, service questions, and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction.
