Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate to provide in-station, real-time support to help ensure customers receive packages on time. You will connect customers with experts for accurate package information and help resolve issues with a customer-centric approach.

You will be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, interacting with warehouse teams, delivery partners and customers, and you will work a flexible full-time schedule to deliver the best customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience measuring performance metrics and KPIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand.
