Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate in Riverside, CA to provide in-station real-time support for customers and coordinate with delivery partners. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, resolve issues, and set accurate expectations while upholding Amazon values.

You’ll be based at a last-mile delivery warehouse, working closely with warehouse staff, delivery partners, and customers to ensure a great experience.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent
• Experience in customer service
• Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments
• Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching and instant messenger tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against KPIs
• Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
• Experience on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand

Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers directly in-person, in addition to communicating via phone and email

• Carrying, lifting, and moving up to 49 pounds
• Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
