Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis, MO, part of Sonesta International Hotels Corporation, seeks an In-Room Dining Server to deliver elevated dining experiences directly to guests’ rooms. You will interact with guests, assist with menu selections, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities include delivering orders, setting up trays, processing payments, and collaborating with culinary and F&B teams to ensure timely, accurate, and courteous service.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or hotel dining experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and accurately.
• Greet guests, explain menu items, and ensure order presentation quality.
• Set up in-room dining trays and amenities.
• Process transactions and support POS and cash handling.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, and hotel amenities.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Restaurant, Banquets, and F&B teams.
