Live! by Loews – St. Louis is seeking a warm, detail-oriented Room Service Delivery Attendant to provide in-room dining experiences that delight guests.

You’ll deliver meals and amenities with care, set up trays and tables, and communicate clearly with guests and kitchen teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness. As part of the Loews family, you’ll join a dedicated team delivering memorable service across Ballpark Village.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food service techniques and standards.
• Ability to lift and carry trays weighing 35+ pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Prior food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms.
• Set up trays, carts, or in-room dining tables with precision.
• Greet guests, explain orders, and respond to questions professionally.
• Ensure orders meet presentation standards and address guest concerns.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of room service areas and replenish supplies.
