Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Guest Service Agent at the Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis, MO. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/out, provide information, and assist with reservations and requests to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Role requires strong communication, hospitality mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-site, full-time position with opportunities to upsell services and collaborate with hotel teams.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with guests or customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using hotel PMS, reservations platforms, POS systems, and handling cash.
• Team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, billing inquiries, and hotel information.
• Process guest transactions accurately using PMS and POS.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to support operations.
• Support VIP arrivals and special guest experiences as needed.
• Follow brand standards, safety guidelines, and procedures.
