Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic In-Room Dining Server at Royal Sonesta New Orleans. You will deliver breakfast, lunch, and dinner orders directly to guest rooms with warmth and professionalism.

The role requires excellent guest service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. Prior F&B or hotel experience is preferred; flexible availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, in-room dining, hotel or F&B experience preferred.
• Knowledge of POS systems and handling guest transactions accurately.
• Food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and accurately.
• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests and explaining menu items.
• Set up and present in-room dining trays and amenities professionally.
• Coordinate with Culinary and F&B teams to ensure timely service.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
