Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a seasoned Director of Food & Beverage to lead all restaurant, bar, room service and banquet operations. You will develop budgets, menus, wine lists, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across 11 outlets.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to drive revenue growth while managing a diverse team in a luxury environment. Travel is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury/hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, wine, and guest service.
• Excellent communication and leadership with strategic mindset.
• 5–7 years of diverse F&B management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel/restaurant management, or related field.
• Willingness to travel for training and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Restaurants, Bars, Banquets, and Room Service.
• Develop and manage annual F&B budget and cost controls.
• Set menus, wine lists, and amenity options aligned with brand standards.
• Drive revenue growth and maximize department profitability.
• Build a high-performing team through coaching and development.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership on strategic goals.
