Job summary

Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa is seeking a culinary professional to prepare all hot and cold items for the In Room Dining Menu. You will ensure quality production, maintain sanitation, and set the station ahead of service while learning all menu items and producing orders on time.

The role requires 3+ years of fast-paced kitchen experience, the ability to multi-task, and the stamina to stand 8+ hours daily. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays during a dynamic hotel

Qualifications

• Display basic knife skills.
• Minimum of 3 yrs experience in fast paced, culinary environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day.
• Flexible Scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all hot/cold food items for the In Room Dining Menu.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines.
• Ensure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to service.
• Learn all menu items produced by assigned station.
• Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frame.
• Refrigeration and serving of cold food.
• Production of orders.
• Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times.
