Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of continuous cooking experience in a large convention luxury hotel.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; able to interact with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce high-quality dishes for In-Room Dining according to Omni standards.
• Assist with food prep, production, and kitchen cleanliness in line with safety rules.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in food prep areas; support health inspections.
• Follow recipes, menus, and brand standards; assist with menu development with Chef guidance.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report issues to supervision.
• Contribute to team goals and support busy service periods, events, and pop-ups.
