Job summary

Omni Grove Park Inn & Spa in Asheville is seeking a kitchen line cook to prepare all hot and cold food items for Edison Craft Ale's & Kitchen restaurant. You will be responsible for maintaining quality and consistency according to specifications.

The role requires the ability to learn menu items, multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment, and stand 8+ hours per day with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays. Omni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity employer.

• Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within a necessary time frame.
• Refrigeration and serving of cold food.
• Production of orders.
• Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times

• Sign on Bonus: $1,000.00 paid across first 90 days : $250 after 30 days, $250 after 60 days, $500.00 after 90 days
