Responsibilities include knowledge of menus, MICROS usage for orders, timely service, table maintenance, and collaboration with the culinary team to meet dietary needs. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in English with guests and colleagues.
• Experience in guest service is preferred.
• Cash handling and POS system experience is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular attendance and uphold Omni standards.
• Take food and beverage orders and upsell where appropriate.
• Present checks and process payments while ensuring accuracy.
• Provide outstanding service and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Coordinate with culinary team regarding dietary needs and special requests.
• Assist in training new associates and cross-train in other outlets.
