Qualifications

• Hands-on food and beverage knowledge within hospitality.

• Experience in a fine dining environment preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Clear English communication with guests and colleagues.
• Must stand for extended periods and maintain hygiene.
• Report safety and cleanliness concerns promptly.
