Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Dallas, TX is seeking an In-Room Dining Cashier to be the primary point of contact for guests seeking five-diamond in-room dining experiences. You will close checks, relay accurate order details to kitchen and room service, and ensure timely, correct deliveries with exceptional guest service.

The role requires nights, holidays, and weekend availability, and involves using MICROS to process orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Cashiering experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for in-room dining orders and guest requests.
• Enter orders into MICROS accurately and communicate delivery details to kitchen/room service teams.
• Upsell and follow Omni Moments of Service guidelines to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Confirm order details, pricing, and delivery times with guests and team members.
• Coordinate with In Room Dining Servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
• Process Select Guest loyalty orders as applicable.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
