Job summary

Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa is seeking an In-Room Dining Cashier to be the primary guest contact for five-diamond in-room dining experiences. You will close checks, relay order details to staff, and ensure timely, accurate service, including amenity deliveries.

Responsibilities include taking orders by phone and online, following Omni service standards, and coordinating with Kitchen and Room Service to deliver expectations. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing duties require effective communication in English.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Close checks to the correct account and relay order details to staff.
• Facilitate amenity deliveries and ensure timely service.
• Take guest orders via telephone and on-line, upsell when appropriate.
• Enter orders into MICROS and communicate pricing and delivery details to Kitchen/Room Service.
• Follow Moments of Service guidelines and maintain accuracy in all orders.
• Support management with additional tasks as needed.
