Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Puerto Rico is seeking a guest services professional to provide courteous telephone service, process guest orders, and ensure accurate delivery of food and beverage items to guest rooms.

You will coordinate with the kitchen and room service teams, monitor guest requests, anticipate needs, and uphold Four Seasons' standards of conduct in every interaction. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school education or equivalent exper

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone using courteous etiquette and obtain information to process guest orders.
• Communicate guest orders to kitchen and coordinate delivery to guestroom by Room Service Servers.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond to concerns and requests.
• Coordinate amenity deliveries ensuring requests are received, filed, ordered from kitchen and delivered promptly.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
