Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Puerto Rico is seeking a Server Assistant to support the dining team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will clear and reset tables, assist servers, and ensure flawless service throughout busy service periods.

Fluency in English and Spanish, a willingness to multitask, and a positive, guest-focused attitude are essential. Training and growth opportunities are offered within a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum one-year food and beverage service or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and service the owner and guest's needs before requests are necessary.
• Provide unobtrusive and professional service while clearing and resetting tables.
• Assist servers and carry trays safely during busy periods.
• Provide water throughout the meal and maintain table settings.
