Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Server Assistant at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico. You will assist the server to deliver a seamless dining experience, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring guest needs are anticipated and met with discretion.

Fluent English and Spanish reading and spoken skills are required, along with at least one year of food and beverage service. You should be able to carry a tray, multitask in a high-volume setting and provide professional

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of food and beverage service experience.
• Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray and multi-task in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and service the owner and guest's needs before requests are necessary.
• Retrieve and stock all linen, china, silver, glassware and food and beverage items.
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
• Provide unobtrusive and professional service.
• Provide water throughout the meal to guests.
• Carry trays properly and safely as well as break them down.
• Clear tables and reset them for specific number of persons.
• Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.
• Assist servers when needed.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.
