Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Puerto Rico seeks a professional Server to deliver exceptional guest service in our luxury dining venues. You will describe food and beverage offerings with vivid detail and relay orders to the kitchen to ensure timely, accurate service.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, prior resort or upscale dining experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in a resort or high-end dining setting.
• Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of menus and beverages, including cocktails and coffee.
• Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Describe menu items with vivid details and relay guest orders to the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to concerns promptly.
• Close guest checks and handle payments accurately.
• Perform other duties related to guest service as needed.
