Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico is seeking a Room Service Supervisor to lead the Room Service team and deliver guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

You will plan, organize and direct daily operations, ensure quality and timely food service, and collaborate with culinary and service colleagues. A college degree in hotel/restaurant management and 1–2 years' supervisory Food & Beverage experience are required; strong English skills and computer-system knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
• One to two years previous experience in a line, supervisory or assistant manager position in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct the work of the Room Service Department while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of all food items; provide knowledge of wine and spirits in an elegant environment.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory or cash control.
• Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination between departments.
• Observe the facilities and equipment in the In-Room Dining area and recommend improvements.
