Four Seasons Resort and Residences Puerto Rico seeks a Server to deliver exceptional service by describing menu offerings, guiding guests through dining selections, and coordinating with the kitchen to fulfill orders.

Responsibilities include anticipating guest needs, resolving issues promptly, and handling checks and payments. Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong customer service skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish for guest interaction.
• Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced resort setting.
• Basic cash handling and payment processing experience.
• Knowledge of the food & beverage menu and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Describe food and beverage items with engaging descriptions and coordinate guest orders with the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs, address concerns, and provide timely recommendations.
• Close guest checks accurately and process payments (cash/credit).
• Perform other duties as required by the role.
