Job summary

Four Seasons Puerto Rico is seeking a skilled Server to deliver exceptional service to our guests in a luxury resort setting. You will describe food and beverage offerings with vivid detail, take orders, and relay them to the kitchen using the hotel’s POS system to ensure accurate timing.

The role requires prior server experience, a friendly, guest‑oriented attitude, fluency in English and Spanish, and excellent communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior server experience, preferably in a resort or high-end dining establishment.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with menus, beverages, cocktails and coffee.

Responsibilities

• Describe menu items with vivid origin, taste and preparation details to guests.
• Communicate guest orders to the kitchen and coordinate timings.
