Qualifications

• 3+ years of program implementation experience in a fast-growing nonprofit environment.
• Working knowledge of criminal justice and workforce development systems.
• Proficiency and experience meeting performance-based goals.
• Proficiency and experience collecting, analyzing, and applying data to drive program strategy and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the local site’s vocational program and ensure fidelity to the program model.
• Lead the local team to meet milestones, recruit participants, support progress, and manage data for informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the Social Enterprise team to maintain cohesion and communication between sites.
• Monitor office administration and ensure CEO procedures and policies are followed.
• Maintain relationships with local parole/probation bureaus and other referral sources.
• Support partnerships with local organizations providing holistic services for participants.
• Coach and develop staff; foster collaboration, accountability, and shared purpose.
