Job summary

Central Clinic Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Coordinator for Reentry Support Services in Cincinnati, OH. The role oversees crisis response and high-acuity operations, developing and monitoring treatment plans while coordinating with courts and community partners.

You will supervise reentry staff, coordinate referrals, and help create comprehensive pre-release plans in collaboration with jail staff and treatment providers. A Master’s degree and Ohio licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• Independent Ohio license in social work or counseling.
• Experience with individuals involved in the legal system and working on a multi-disciplinary team.
• Knowledge of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crisis response and high-acuity service operations, including clinical decision making and safety.
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans for caseload; coordinate with others.
• Complete diagnostic assessments and provide individual therapy in correctional and office settings.
• Provide clinical supervision to reentry staff (Case Manager).
• Coordinate referrals and care planning while supporting courts and community partners.
• Develop and maintain pre-release plans with clients, jail staff, courts, probation and providers.
