Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You will follow a plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build trusting relationships with families.

Active RBT certification is preferred, or the drive to earn one. Roles are in-person with flexible start times; mentorship from a BCBA is provided, and reimbursement for training may be available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or drive to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• Transportation to reach client homes and schools.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data.
• Build trusting relationships with families and monitor progress.
