Job summary

Alpaca Health is seeking RBTs to work in person with children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings. You will follow a BCBA’s plan, implement behavior strategies, and collect data in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.

You don’t need an RBT certification to apply in many roles; we’ll help you obtain one. Full-time or part-time positions are available with flexible mornings, afternoons, and evenings to meet client needs, and a clear path toward BCBA certification is

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
