Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and help kids develop essential skills day by day.

Active RBT certification is preferred, or the drive to earn one. Alpaca Health offers a clear path to certification with BCBA mentorship and hands-on learning in a supportive, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or plan to earn one.
• Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings.
• 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to pass background check.
• Own transportation to reach client homes and schools.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities, following a BCBA-provided plan.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data to track progress.
• Build consistent relationships to help kids grow, with BCBA mentorship available.
• You’ll have in-person supervision and guidance from a BCBA, not a corporate manager.
