H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to welcome clients and manage scheduling at our Missouri office. This in-person role supports daily operations and pairs clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.

You will handle check-in, document intake, and collaborate with tax teams to ensure a smooth client experience. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required.

Formación

• Experience in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs (MS Office, Teams, scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
